Younes Guessous is an Associate Director in the Infrastructure and Government team of KPMG in Ireland. He has over 8 years of experience providing financial and commercial advice to clients on the structuring, procurement and appraisal of infrastructure projects and major government services. He also advises on the contract management for public-private infrastructure assets. He is particularly active in the infrastructure sub-sectors of transport (road, railway, aviation/airports), telecommunications, digital infrastructure, energy and social infrastructure. Younes is an engineer by background, and has experience advising on and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across a range of sectors in Ireland, France, in the EU and around the world. Younes has an MSc in Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech (France), and an MSc in Project/Structured Finance from Paris Nanterre University (France).
