Siobhán O’Leary is the founder of SOL Learning, a digital learning consultancy that helps organizations maximize productivity by developing a robust and sustainable learning culture. Originally trained as an aeronautical engineer, Siobhán has accrued 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, advancing to Site Maintenance & Utilities Management. After taking a break to raise her young family, she completed a Master’s in Technical Communication & eLearning. An early adopter of Artificial Intelligence, Siobhán has evolved her business by leveraging this technology to revolutionize organizational learning. Her approaches enhance productivity and engagement, preparing clients for the changing future of work and the new era of co-intelligence that is instrumental for staying competitive.
