With 15+ years in global leadership, she advises on aligning supply chain strategy with human-centred, sustainable, and tech-forward models. She also teaches start-ups how to negotiate, manage supplier relationships, and navigate enterprise procurement both private and public sectors. On top of this Monika is the co-founder of the #SoWe Foundation, that supports organisations in building healthy, safe and empathetic workplace cultures.
