Joseph Thomas is a Partner in O'Reilly Thomas LLP. Joseph particular area of expertise lies in Property and Mediation. He has extensive experience of acting for developers, commercial and private clients in the area of conveyancing. Joseph regularly lectures and tutors at CPD events nationwide and in the Law Society on the subjects of Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant and Mediation. He has also acted as internal examiner on conveyancing in the Law School. He is a member and former chair of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society, and regularly acts as an expert witness in conveyancing matters. He has written and been published on both conveyancing and mediation, and regularly acts as Mediator and Arbitrator in property disputes.
