Derek Cheevers is a former senior fire officer with over 30 year's experience responding to and managing emergency incidents. This experience includes working alongside Dublin City Council's Crisis Management Team and international disaster response under the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM). In 2025, Derek established Prosilience Consulting to help organisations lean forward, build true resilience and prepare for the unpredictable. Their crisis management and incident response services deliver real world solutions that work in high pressure, high consequence environments.
