Darren Mullen is a Chartered Construction Manager within the CIOB, and is also a Registered Surveyor with the SCSI. He joined ORS as a Senior Assigned Certifier in 2022 and has since contributed to diverse projects, including housing developments, nursing homes, hotel refurbishments, third-level education facilities, and large commercial properties. With more than 25 years’ experience in building control, regulatory compliance and project oversight, Darren brings rigorous technical expertise and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to every project.
