About this Conference

This conference will focus on methods of improving care, reducing harm and avoiding serious mistakes when treating patients. We will explore how to correctly investigate an incident, the role of human factors, and where to prioritise your medication error reduction programmes. We will look at potential errors at transition of care, explore informative case studies and examine lessons learned.

The conference aims to bring together healthcare professionals to understand national developments, discuss key issues and areas of improvement in monitoring medication safety and reducing medication errors in hospitals and other healthcare settings.

Our online conferences have had fantastic feedback, they are much more interactive, more time for Q&A and lots of sharing of information with delegates and speakers in the chat function.
