Sinéad is a Partner in Carson McDowell’s Healthcare team and Head of the Dublin Office. She has advised a wide range of clients in the healthcare sector in Ireland and internationally including consultants, hospitals, voluntary organisations, pharmacies and healthcare indemnifiers. Sinéad regularly represents clients in complex clinical negligence claims including product liability, cervical cancer claims and birth injury claims. She has also represented doctors dealing with complaints to the Irish Medical Council, at Fitness to Practise Inquiries and in Commissions of Investigation. Sinéad is a committee member of the Irish Women Lawyers Association and Director of the Adelaide Health Foundation.
