Sian Browne is an associate in the commercial real estate team of Beauchamps LLP. She has extensive experience advising on all aspects of commercial real estate, to include the acquisition, financing, development and disposal of all types of commercial property, including data centres, offices, retail and industrial units as well as creches, hotels, public houses and restaurants. She has extensive commercial leasing experience and advises on the negotiation of leases and complex agreements for lease, licences for works, break options, dilapidations and the termination of leases.
