Ms Carroll has extensive senior management experience, and has since 2016 been the CEO of the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), the independent regulatory body for the private rented sector. In that role she has led significant regulatory reform, change and digital transformation processes. In addition to her role at RTB, Ms Carroll’s experience as a senior executive has included positions at the Housing Agency as Head of Regulation and Head of Housing Services, as well as in the Department of the Environment and Dublin City Council, covering housing and programme management. She holds MSc and BA degrees
