Peter Curran is a partner in our Projects, Infrastructure & Energy group of Beauchamps LLP, specialising in Public Procurement. He has more than 25 years’ experience of advising public and private sector organizations on the procurement of projects and contracts across various sectors including transport, social housing, education, technology, communications, waste, health and energy. Peter advises contracting authorities on all aspects of the public procurement process – strategy, procedure, market consultation, drafting robust procurement documents, candidate selection, evaluation and award processes, debriefings, contract drafting/negotiation, contract modification and green/social procurement issues.
