Patrick Kane is a dual qualified (Republic of Ireland/England and Wales) partner in the Projects and Construction team at Philip Lee LLP, specialising in public procurement, commercial contracts, and construction law. Patrick works with clients in the private and public sector and advises on all aspects of public procurement (including the preparation of tender documentation, the conduct of competitive dialogues, the creation of selection and award criteria, evaluation issues and the preparation of standstill letters).
