Neil is a Managing Director in KPMG Corporate Finance’s Infrastructure & Government team with over 27 years’ experience advising on a wide variety of corporate finance and project assurance services including infrastructure and government projects (from initial business case and investment appraisal, through procurement, project financing/PPPs and into implementation) and wider general financial and commercial assignments including funding assignments, property transactions, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, equity and debt fundraisings, corporate valuations and feasibility studies. Neil provides advice to government bodies and commercial state companies across a range of issues subject to the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies and the Public Spending Code and to private sector participants in these projects.
