Michelle O'Donnell is the Founder and Director of MOD Consulting. Michelle has over 15 years of experience across Ireland and Australia working in environmental management, water, sustainability, governance and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career she has worked as a regulator, an operator, a consultant and a senior advisor, giving her a unique perspective on environmental risk and compliance from all sides of the table. Michelle has extensive experience investigating environmental incidents, managing environmental and public health risks and helping organisations strengthen governance, compliance and operational performance. She has worked with government agencies, utilities, industrial operators and private sector organisations on environmental management, sustainability and risk management programmes.
