Senior Associate, Phillip Lee

Michael Cahill is a Senior Associate in Phillip Lee’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. Michael advises clients across the public and private sectors on a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular focus on construction, procurement and health and safety matters. He is experienced in the various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act 2013, and his litigation experience ranges from the District Court to the High Court and Supreme Court. Michael also advises clients on non-contentious construction law matters and standard form contracts such as the Public Works Contracts and RIAI. He is experienced in commercial drafting and negotiation, as well as assisting with the provision of advice to regulatory bodies on procedural issues and in relation to their statutory functions and powers.
