She advises clients, on data protection, commercial contracts, IT, intellectual property and consumer law. Data Protection: Laura has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of data protection law, including DSARs, data breach management, international data transfers, GDPR compliance, engagement with the DPC and electronic marketing. Strategic Contracts: Laura regularly represents clients on a broad range of commercial contracts, including outsourcing agreements, SaaS, agency agreements, franchise agreements and distribution agreements. Given her extensive experience Laura provides practical and commercially focussed advice to clients. Technology: Laura advises clients on digital transformation projects, outsourcing, software development and digital regulation, including the EU AI Act, DORA, and the Digital Services Act. Consumer law: Laura represents clients across a range of sectors, including retail, automotive, FMCG on consumer protection, including Irish and EU consumer legislation, terms and conditions of sale, ecommerce, advertising and marketing and product regulation. Intellectual Property: Laura assists clients with a broad range of intellectual protection issues, including copyright, trademarks, image rights, and intellectual property clearance for advertising and marketing materials.
