Jonathan is a flood risk manager with over 36 years experience in advising governments on policy and strategic approaches to flood risk management. Currently working in Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland and the US, with experience drawn from UK, and delivery of the EU Floods Directive Flood Risk Management plans in Ireland. He was previously the Project Director for the Western River Basin Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management Plan for the OPW. He was the Managing Director of JBA Consulting, and is now an independent consultant at Cooper Resilience Consulting.
