Graham Proudfoot is a distinguished public procurement professional with a wealth of experience in the sector. His career has seen him occupy several key roles in health and social care procurement across Ireland, including with HSE, Tusla, and various national charities focused on homelessness and addiction. In these positions, Graham expertly managed numerous high-value and complex procurements and contracts. Currently, he is the Head of Procurement for the Land Development Agency.
