With extensive experience in employment law, they provide strategic and practical advice on grievances, disciplinary matters, employment contracts, redundancies, dismissals and the enforcement of post-termination restrictions. They have successfully represented clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts in a range of employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Their expertise also extends to data protection law, advising businesses on GDPR compliance and employment-related data protection matters.
