Emily Heslop is the Founder and Director of Culture One, a neurodiversity, inclusion and wellbeing consultancy specialising in creating more inclusive, accessible and sustainable workplace cultures. Emily partners with organisations on neuroinclusion, workplace culture, inclusive work design, leadership and manager capability, and broader DEIB and wellbeing strategy. Drawing on more than 15 years of strategic HR, organisational and people experience across Ireland and Australia, she brings a practical, commercially grounded approach to helping employers turn inclusion strategy into practical, sustainable change across workplace culture, leadership and employee experience.
