Danielle Conaghan, Partner in the Environment & Planning Group in Arthur Cox, has over 12 years’ experience working in the energy, renewables and natural resources, water & wastewater, social infrastructure, and food & drink sectors. She is a founder member of Arthur Cox’s Food & Drink Group. Danielle has a keen interest in project management and uses those skills to help clients secure and reduce the risk of successful challenge to project consents. She has significant expertise in oral hearings; judicial reviews; injunction proceedings; civil proceedings and defence of criminal enforcement proceedings across all sectors. She is a water law specialist. Danielle regularly presents at national Environmental, Planning and Energy conferences; lectures on the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Environmental & Planning Law, the King’s Inn Diploma in Environmental and Planning Law, and is co-author, with Dr. Yvonne Scannell, of the annual environmental chapter of ‘Construction Projects: Law and Practice’, published by Thomson Reuters.
