Conor Morgan is a Partner in the Healthcare team at Hayes Solicitors. He is an experienced adviser on the defence of medical negligence claims in Ireland (north and south) and England. Conor advises clinicians and their indemnity bodies on the defence of medical negligence claims, primarily high value catastrophic injury claims. He has specific expertise in complex, high-profile claims brought by State authorities related to alleged adverse medication side effects. Prior to joining Hayes, Conor worked for four years in the catastrophic injuries department of a leading UK firm advising insurer clients on complex and very high value claims.
