Clíona Kenny is the Legal Director of DAC Beachcroft LLP. Clíona has a broad range of experience in litigation with a particular focus in clinical litigation and healthcare related litigation since 2012. A graduate of University of Limerick, Clíona qualified in a well respected Cork litigation firm, gaining expertise in disability law, general litigation, and employment law post qualification. A move to clinical litigation work in 2012 brought complex litigation including a seminal case where the new Real Rate of Return (RRR) was set by the High Court and approved by the Court of Appeal in 2014/2015. Clíona has also advised clients in associated healthcare matters including regulatory matters, judicial reviews, data protection policies, data access requests and data breaches, and clinical trials.
