Ciara is a senior associate in the Employment Group of Arthur Cox. She trained as a solicitor with Arthur Cox and qualified into the employment group in January 2020. Ciara advises domestic and international clients across a range of issues arising during the lifecycle of an employment relationship including recruitment, immigration, engagement with trade unions and European Works Councils, regulatory inspections, internal investigations (whistleblowing, grievances, disciplinaries), engaging contingency workers, redundancies, dismissals and negotiated exits.
