Christabelle Feeney

Director of Employers for Change at The Open Doors Initiative

Christabelle Feeney is the Director of Employers for Change at The Open Doors Initiative. She advises Irish employers (SMEs, MNCs, retail, public and private sectors) on Disability Inclusion and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) strategies. Prior to this, Christabelle spent almost a decade working in Irish politics for one of the country's leading government parties. During that time she advised on local, national and European election campaigns, as well as a number of referenda. Christabelle is an experienced public speaker, trainer and campaign strategist.
