Brian is an Of Counsel in our Healthcare and Dispute Resolution Department, having joined Eversheds Sutherland in April 2023. Brian qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has exclusively represented the interests of leading Insurers (Allianz, Aviva, Zurich, QBE, XL, FBD), Self Insureds and blue chip clients (Tesco, ASDA, Bombardier, Arcadia, Henderson Retail) since then. Brian regularly advises clients in relation to contractual, commercial, catastrophic and large loss claims in all Courts, to include the Commercial Court, throughout the jurisdiction. Such claims include healthcare claims, industrial disease, catastrophic and serious injury claims to large loss property damage claims. He has experience in defending claims worth in excess of €100m. Brian also has many years of experience in representing clients interests in arbitrations and in mediations.
