Barbara Lynch Msc, BA, LIBSD, AIBSD is the principal lead and a practitioner for Lynch Training & Development Ltd. She has consolidated her understanding of how to support people to realise their own potential, making them more effective in the workplace and in their personal lives. Building on her Masters in Business she furthered those credentials to include Executive Coaching, Strategic Human Resource Management, Conflict Resolution & Mediation together with a number of psychometric assessments/coaching tools. Utilising her far reaching experience and in-depth knowledge, she offers solutions shaped by world leading research and hands on expertise. Barbara’s experience in the development and delivery of a wide range of training courses/programs is fundamental to her success with clients.
