About this Conference

The Irish Construction Law Conference 2026 will provide a practical update on the legal and contractual issues now creating risk across construction projects in Ireland. This year’s programme will focus on the areas that continue to cause difficulty in practice, including updated contract forms, payment and adjudication disputes, extension of time claims, collateral warranties, latent defects, subcontractor risk, product compliance and procurement challenge exposure.

The agenda has been designed for construction professionals, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, project teams, legal advisers and those involved in managing construction contracts, disputes, procurement and project delivery. The sessions will move beyond basic legal principles and focus on the practical steps parties can take to protect their position, manage disputes earlier and avoid common contractual and evidential mistakes.
