About this Conference

This one-day conference will provide detailed guidance on several key issues when it comes to working with various contracts and claims in the construction sector, making and defending claims, and how to avoid potentially costly mistakes.

You will learn exactly what is required when making a claim, as well as key tips on making and defending grounds conditions claims. You will learn more about adjudication enforcement and will dissect some recent case law. We will show you what sort of information you should maintain during a project, how to deal with personal injury claims and important project security issues to consider.

This Conference is a unique live virtual event from our own custom-built CMG Studios.
