About this Conference

This year's conference will cover a variety of important topics, including the changes brought about by the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act of 2022.

We will discuss the Board's expanded remit to deal with claims that are wholly or partly psychological in nature and its procedure for handling long-term injuries. We'll also have a session on costs and cost protection.

Additionally, the conference will focus on litigation strategy and management, fraud and material misrepresentation in claims applications, the impact of inflation on the claims sector, and emerging ESG risks as a driver of liability losses. Finally, we'll explore how aerial imagery satellite data can improve claims management in Ireland and how AI is changing the world of insurance fraud.
